How to use: dissolve 1 sachet (9 g) in 100 ml of water; adults take once a day in the first half of the day, 20 minutes before or during a meal. For weight loss — 20 minutes before meals. Minimum course — 2–3 weeks; for enhanced collagen synthesis — up to 3 months, twice a year.
