Macrosorb is a mineral sorbent based on activated zeolite (clinoptilolite) and activated saponite, a natural clay rich in magnesium.
The porous crystalline structure of zeolite acts as a molecular sieve, binding and removing toxins, heavy metals and metabolic waste products without disrupting the gut's natural microflora. Saponite additionally provides magnesium and supports gentle cleansing of the digestive tract.

How to use: adults — 3 g (1 tsp) twice a day, 1–1.5 hours before meals, mixed in 200 ml of water. Children from 7 years — 3 g once a day.
